Fiona, your evening sounds perfect!!!!! My neck does hurt and it is very swollen, it is where the haemanginoma is, but I am unclear as to whether it is that growing that is causing the problem. I have sticky blood and have to take aspirin so would be reluctant for them to treat it anyway. Its horrid, once one problem starts, others seem to follow!! I hope you carry on having a relatively trouble free RA time. Lets hope your spine settles down as well.

Delicious Fiona! Hope you enjoy!

Barbara my sweetness....I know we e/mail and talk but just to say you'll never ever be alone now! Once you get on the anti-tnf you should begin to feel so much better. Uncontrolled rheumatoid is NO fun at all but I agree with you that it is the unpredictability of it ('what will happen to me?', 'will the drugs work?' etc) that haunt us. Not to say anything about the disgusting tiredness which doesn't allow us to flamenco or slasa dance any more (not for now....)..

BUT we do have our choc, wine and divine husbands...wrong order methinks!

LOL

Love,
Amanda

Barbara, I do hope you are given one of the anti-TNF`s, as they have made a huge difference to me. I can empathise with you about the feet not counting towards your score - my feet are particularly affected, and at my previous hospital it was pointless even mentioning the problems I had, since "well, your feet don`t really count, you know." Well pardon me, I only have to try and walk on them! Things are much different where I am now.

Take care,

Kathleen x

Hi Barbara

I'm sorry you're feeling so fed up and in pain. I hope you'll be able to start anti-TNF soon. I started with humira, and that didn't suit, but now on enbrel things are a lot better.
